This report examined 51 characteristics of bullying victims and their schools.  One of the most significant findings from the report was that 64 percent of bullying victims do not report it to a teacher or adult.  The end of the report includes the questions asked in the survey.  These questions could also be used by district/school officials to make a survey regarding bullying. (REL Northeast & Islands, 2010)
