This framework was developed through the facilitation of a group of multiple key stakeholders across NH’s educational communities by the NERCC and NCC over a period of 2 years that deeply reflects what is happening in the state in RTI and the unified direction that the DOE suggests schools and districts use. This document provides the guidance to the current work NCC is doing with the NH DOE in the development of the current state PD action plan for RTI/MTSS as well as the PD video modules NCC is supporting the NH DOE to develop for their NH Network platform.
